This is my idea to remove guns from the streets:

I will take the problem and make it the solution.

I will target criminals who have little hope left. Those who have yet to pull the trigger and commit armed robberies and acts of violence. I will persuade them to join my campaign and trade their guns for re-hab and a guaranteed job.

The mentality of men who don't care will transform as they start to turn their life around with this powerful and unique opportunity. This will save the state thousands a year in prison costs.
